Since 2013, talentos has pioneered the connection of Latin American talent with Germany's mobility industry, bolstered by academia-industry alliances

Our collaboration with the German Federal Ministry of Research and Education has been key in fostering these partnerships. Managing the AWARE Center at Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt, we've effectively connected top engineering students from Latin American universities with leading figures in the German mobility sector, promoting a robust exchange of skills and knowledge.

Building on our decade-long experience, talentos is elevating its mission to match graduates with full-time roles in Germany, promising a tripartite benefit.
